Priorities and
Objectives
for Fiscal Year 2009
The
Arizona Center for Disability Law (Center) is a non-profit legal services organization
designated by the Governor as the Protection and Advocacy (P &A) System
for the State of Arizona.
The Center operates federally funded grant programs to protect and advocate
for the legal rights of persons with disabilities. The terms of these grants
only allow us to serve individuals who fit into specific federal eligibility
categories. Demand for our services
far exceeds available resources; therefore, we must plan activities in a
strategic manner to most effectively utilize our limited resources.
